SeaBreeze – Carta Poder Submission Checklist (PDF Accepted)

To ensure your representative can vote on your behalf at the upcoming Assembly, please submit the following:


Required Documents (All in ONE PDF)

  • Completed Carta Poder (Power of Attorney)

  • Unit Number clearly filled in

  • Owner (Grantor) signature

  • Representative (Apoderado) name clearly written

  • Two (2) Witness signatures


Identification (Attach Copies)

Please include clear copies of:

  • Owner’s valid ID (passport or INE)

  • Representative’s valid ID

  • Two (2) Witness IDs

  • Copy of the first two pages of the deed where the property is accredited.

Important Details to Confirm

  • Date matches: Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 3:30 PM

  • All names are legible and complete

  • Signatures are included on all required lines

  • Document is clear and readable (no blurry photos)


Submission Instructions

  • Combine all documents into ONE PDF file

  • Subject line:

    “Carta Poder – Unit [#] – Sea Breeze”


Deadline

  • Please submit no later than: April 20, 2026


Important Notes

  • Incomplete submissions may not be accepted at check-in

  • Representative must bring a valid ID to the meeting

  • We recommend also bringing a printed copy (optional but helpful)
