Onboarding Fee Policy ·
The onboarding fee is non-refundable once a property management agreement has been signed and onboarding has commenced. If a property management agreement is not signed, the onboarding fee will be automatically refunded in full within 10 business days of the unsigned expiration. If a client decides not to move forward within 5 days of payment and prior to agreement signing, a full refund will be issued within 10 business days.
