Home Opening
Arrival Prep

$125 / visit

We open and air out your home before you arrive — AC on, blinds open, fresh linens out, full walkthrough, and cleaning coordination so everything is perfect the moment you walk in.

Home Closing
Departure Wrap-Up

$125 / visit

After you leave, we close everything down — cleaning coordination, outdoor furniture stored, perishables cleared, all access points secured, and a final photo report sent to you.

Bill Pay &
Account Management

$175 / month

We handle HOA dues, property taxes, insurance premiums, CFE electricity, water, and internet bills. Monthly itemized statement sent to you. Owner-funded float account required.

Storm & Hurricane
Coordination

$200 / event

Pre-storm property securing (shutters, furniture, valuables) plus post-storm damage inspection, photo documentation for insurance, and emergency vendor coordination.

Vehicle Start
& Care Service

$75 / month

We start and run your vehicle twice a month, check battery, tire pressure, and fluid levels, and notify you immediately of any issues.

Errand Service

$50 / hr · 3 hr minimum

Supply runs, hardware store, post office, payments, and local errands. Purchases always passed through at cost.

Up to 3 hours $150 flat
Half day (4–5 hrs) $300 flat
Full day (6+ hrs) $500 flat
